If you are new to CMP, create a workspace with your business name, your name, work email, password, and retail category. No card is required to create the workspace.
Owner, Admin, and Analyst roles can upload files and start a diagnostic. Viewer access is read-only and cannot start a new diagnostic. If your role does not allow the next step, ask your workspace owner or request a CMP teammate.
