Approved commerce connections are used for read-only catalog, inventory, and completed-sales access. CMP support cannot edit source products, prices, orders, inventory, connections, workspace access, listings, offers, payments, or privacy settings.
Public support articles cannot view account facts. Sign in for an account-specific read-only status. If a status is missing, stale, contradictory, or unavailable, CMP Support must hand the case to a person instead of guessing.
Do not upload customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, payment details, passwords, secrets, or unrelated notes. Use only the item-level inventory and sales facts required for the analysis.
